Price formation

The prices are for one day. The apartments can be lived in by up to 6 persons, every further person pays up to 30,00 € the day. In the price are included: A covered car parking space, a completely equipped kitchen, bedlines, hand and bath towels, TV, Sat, free internet access with WIFI, current and heating.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax amounts 2,50 € for person and night. Children and teenagers under 14 years are freed from paying. The tourist tax is to pay on the departure.

Extra charge

Final cleaning: up to 90 €

Infants

Children less than 2 years live for free. A cot is available for free on request.

General informations

Pets are not allowed.
On the arrival day your apartment will be ready at 4 p.m. and on the departure day we ask you to leave the apartment until 10 o'clock. Your reservation is definite after paying an advance payment and your written confermation. The reservation payment isn't refundeble. Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellations made up to 30 days before set arrival date: 60 % of agreed total price. Cancellations made after 30 days before set arrival date: 100 % of agreed total price. Please let us know in time if you cancel your holiday. No discounts if you are delayed on your arrival day or have to leave earlier, full prices will be charged. Payments are accepted in cash or via bank transfer.
