Our apartments

are very spacious and modern, comfortable and furnished in alpine flair. They can accommodate up to 6 people.
The balcony of the apartment offer a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful view. On the southeast side you can see the Schlern massif with the Santer and Euringer.

The Villa Fichtenheim is surrounded by greenery and away from the main road and the traffic noise. You can reach the funicular of the Alpe di Siusi in more or less 10 minutes walking distance. The apartments are very bright, the living room has windows on three sides and is still protected from too much sunshine.

The apartment larch with about 74 m² living space is located in the attic of the house and consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, an entrance hall, a kitchen and a living room with balcony.
